Everything starts from your home, or in a holistic Geneva clinic if you are close to it. There is personalized consultation with the swiss medical doctor regarding your general state of health and what you would like to achieve : with zoom session or face to face consultation.
After health check-up including biological tests if needed (made by your local health provider), a customized plan is created with you regarding your needs and goals. The medical file is shared to the indian team in order to prepare the cure 7 to 14 days before coming to India.
When you arrive in India, you’ll receive a personalized Ayurvedic consultation covering your health concerns, dosha type, and clinical assessment, with a tailored treatment plan.
The next day, a homeopathic consultation with an experienced MD will help determine the ideal remedy to support healing, balance, and emotional well-being.
An everyday session will be achieved on morning or afternoon with massages, detox procedures, specific treatments related to your medical condition.
The full session will last 15 days of continuous ayurvedic treatment and special vegetarian food regimen.
We provide continuous support during your cure : Swiss holistic doctor and his assistant who can provide consultation, Indian ayurvedic doctor who will guide you on everyday basis throughout your better health and deep peace.
We offer early morning yoga sessions guided by an experienced teacher to support your physical and emotional wellness, along with optional weekly group meditation to enhance healing. You’ll also visit three local temples dedicated to Shiva, Lakshmi, and Ganesha, where our guesthouse owner will guide you through traditional rituals for spiritual healing.
