Holistic steps to better health and healing
Initial check-up before India
Everything starts from your home, or in a holistic Geneva clinic if you are close to it. There is personalized first consultation with Dr Thomas Pfister regarding your general state of health and what you would like to achieve : with zoom session or face to face
consultation.
Personalized plan before India
After health check-up including biological tests if needed (made by your local health provider), a customized plan is created with you regarding your needs and goals. There is deep consilium between the two homeopathic and ayurvedic doctors (Dr Pfister and Dr Anas) about your state of health and global medical file, in order to organize the proper treatment from A to Z.
Homeopathic consultation with Dr Pfister
Dr Pfister will provide homeopathic consultation either from his Geneva clinic face to face or by videoconference, and will make individualized prescription. The remedy will be given the classical indian way of homeopathic medical care, from Indian pharmacy, when you will be in India. The posology will be set up and explained by Dr Pfister. One week after the beginning of your cure, a follow up session will be done with Dr Pfister, either online or face to face.
Accompanying procedures of Dr Pfister in India
Dr Pfister will come to India once per year physically (as mentioned on « sessions »), to provide deep accompanying features to patients who need more care. Please
enquire about your specific needs that could need the presence of Dr Pfister in India in addition of the experienced local indian team. Dr Pfister will provide teaching on
global health and basic principles of classical homeopathy during the session he will be in India.
First ayurvedic consultation in India
When you arrive in India, you’ll receive a personalized Ayurvedic consultation covering your health concerns, dosha type, and clinical assessment, with a tailored treatment plan. It will be done by Dr Muhammad Anas and his medical team. It will be done the first day of arriving in Kerala, in your room for much comfort and privacy.
A minimum level in English is required, in case you only speak french or other langages please tell us in advance we can provide translator for the medical purposes. Dr Pfister can provide translation from french to english when he comes to India.
Therapeutic session in India
An everyday session will be achieved on morning or afternoon with massages, detox procedures, specific treatments related to your medical condition. The full session will last 15 days of continuous ayurvedic treatment and special vegetarian food regimen.
Ongoing support of Swiss and Indian team
The local Indian team will take of you on a daily basis : you will see each day the ayurvedic doctor, will receive a personalized daily plan, with specific treatments and nutrition, you will have advice about yoga and meditation sessions and global health recommendations.
Dr Pfister by his presence once per year will add to the Indian team his European doctor experience about homeopathy but also naturopathy, lifestyle procedures that will be adapted to each one considering your needs. He will provide some teachings about these facts when he will be present with the group once per year.
Yoga meditation and spiritual activities inside your package session
There will be morning or evening one hour yoga classes guided by an experienced teacher to support your physical and emotional wellness. According to indian traditional culture and spirituality, and based on Satsang procedures, the teacher will provide twice weekly meditation sessions of one hour each. Please feel free to ask some information about these sessions, it is included in your global package. One morning visit with Indian team to local Hindu Temples will also be organized during your session (Shiva temple, Devi Temple, Ganesha Temple). You will be informed about the whole planning of these sessions on the first day of arrival, the information will be shared by the indian team, especially Dr Anas.
